For this whole-home renovation, we expanded the kitchen, redesigned circulation, and upgraded every major space — including the primary suite, kids’ baths and closets, powder room, and stairs — turning a dated layout into a calm, modern-luxe home.
This family loved their neighborhood but not the way their home functioned. The kitchen felt closed in, the primary bath lacked spa-level comfort, the kids’ bath and closets weren’t working, and circulation around the stairs and main hallways felt tight. We re-planned the key spaces and layered in modern-luxe finishes to support the way they actually live.
Every full-home renovation starts with understanding what’s not working. For this project, that meant a cramped kitchen, tired bathrooms, and circulation that didn’t support real family life. We moved from assessment → design + storyboards → build and final styling.
The original layout boxed in the kitchen and made the main level feel segmented. Bathrooms were builder-basic, storage wasn’t optimized, and the stair area felt dark and utilitarian.
We presented layout options, material palettes, and lighting concepts — blending warm wood tones, quartz, and matte fixtures with a kid-friendly, durable foundation.
Once construction was complete, we focused on the lighting, hardware, and small details — like quartz ledges, peg-drawer inserts, and a fully tiled quartz backsplash — that make the home feel custom instead of “just remodeled.”
The kitchen is the heart of this renovation. We expanded the footprint, re-centered the island, and blended high-function cooking zones with warm, modern-luxe finishes. Every detail — from the quartz apron-front sink to hidden gadget storage — was designed to support daily life.
The result is a kitchen that feels calm and highly functional — equally ready for a weeknight dinner or a full house of guests.
Beyond the kitchen, this renovation dramatically improved how private spaces function. We expanded and brightened the primary bath, upgraded the kids’ bath, and reworked closet storage so mornings feel smoother for the whole family.
Larger shower footprint, upgraded tile, updated vanity, and layered lighting transform the primary bath into a true retreat instead of a quick get-ready zone.
Fresh tile, new fixtures, and better storage create a kids’ bath that’s easy to keep organized — and designed to grow with them.
Kids’ closet and bedroom storage were reworked to make space for clothing, toys, and future needs — reducing visual clutter and helping mornings run smoother.
Full-home renovations are about more than feature rooms. The stairs, powder room, and circulation areas are where guests and family move every day — and they deserve elevated design too.
Updated fixtures, finishes, and lighting turn a basic powder room into a small-but-mighty design moment for guests.
Updated flooring, fresh paint, and improved lighting along the stairs and hallways help the whole home feel brighter and more connected.
Main-level living areas received the same cohesive finishes — flooring, trim, and color palette — so the entire home feels like one intentional design.
