We provide design-build remodeling services, including consultations, design concepts, material recommendations, proposals, and construction in accordance with executed agreements. Website content is informational and is not a binding offer.

2. Estimates, Proposals & Scheduling

• Consultations and estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after field verification.
• Schedules are coordinated with you and may be adjusted for material availability, permitting, inspections, and site conditions.
• Work begins only after a written agreement (or accepted proposal) is signed and any required deposit is received, as specified in that agreement.

3. Pricing, Payments & Changes

• Pricing, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are detailed in your specific contract or proposal.
• Change orders, additional work, or upgrades requested after signing may affect price and schedule and must be approved in writing.
• Late payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property, existing conditions, and any known issues.
• Secure any required approvals from landlords, HOAs, or other third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ensure reasonable access to the property during agreed work hours.

5. Materials, Warranties & Third-Party Vendors

• Manufacturer warranties for products and materials are provided by their respective manufacturers.
• Any workmanship warranty or guarantee by MSH will be outlined in your specific contract.
• We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (such as suppliers or specialty trades). They remain independent entities responsible for their own work and products.

6. Photos, Videos & Marketing

With your permission, we may photograph or record video of your project before, during, and after completion to document our work and showcase it on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

We will never share your full street address or personal contact details in connection with project photos.

7. Website Use & Online Forms

• Information submitted through our website (including contact and consultation forms) is used to respond to your inquiry and provide services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

8. Limitation of Liability
